This stylish 56 m² apartment with a terrace and fireplace is the perfect retreat for families, tour groups, and other discerning guests. We have a lot to offer for your short or long-term stay. You can start your day with a Nespresso coffee and enjoy all the wonderful amenities this apartment offers. The high-quality kitchen is located in the open-plan living and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and everything you need. The living area features a large smart TV with Netflix. You can soak up the sun or end the evening on the private terrace with a fireplace and barbecue. The master bedroom features a spacious king-size bed and a loft bed with two sleeping spaces. The apartment also offers space for up to 6 guests with a comfortable 160 cm sofa bed with a topper. A desk is also available. The completely new bathroom is equipped with a washer-dryer. Of course, we provide fresh towels and all the essentials like shower gel and shampoo. One parking space is included at the house. Additional parking is available in the immediate vicinity, on Ansbacher Straße. We look forward to your visit!
