1. Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or who delay our cleaning are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.

2. Guests are not permitted to make reservations within their own residence. Please contact us if you would like to book within your own residence.

3. Parties and excessive noise are not permitted, even on terraces or in common areas (e.g., hallways). Smoking is only permitted on the terrace, using an ashtray provided by the guest. Violations of the smoking ban will result in a €250 fine plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair.

4. Commercial photography/videography without written permission, as well as illegal activities, are strictly prohibited.

5. Guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not permitted. We will charge €30 per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest.

6. Pets are only permitted upon request and for an additional charge. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with service animals are requested to contact us prior to their stay.

7. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls, or parking permits. 8. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to us.
