This stylish 88 m² holiday apartment with a terrace and fireplace is the perfect retreat for families, tour groups, and other discerning guests. We have a lot to offer for your short or long-term stay. You can start your day with a Nespresso coffee and enjoy all the wonderful amenities this apartment offers. The spacious, high-quality kitchen is located in the open-plan living and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and everything you need. The living area features a large smart TV with Netflix. The private terrace with a fire pit and barbecue facilities is accessible from both the living area and both bedrooms. The master bedroom features a spacious king-size bed and a single bed. The second bedroom has a loft bed that can accommodate up to four people, with two 90 cm beds and a 140 cm sleeping area. A desk is also available here. The brand-new bathroom is equipped with a rain shower and a private washer-dryer. Of course, we provide fresh towels and all the essentials like shower gel and shampoo. With the comfortable 160 cm sofa bed and topper, the apartment also offers space for up to 9 guests. Two parking spaces are included at the house. Additional parking spaces can be found at Ansbacher street. We look forward to your visit!
